Why are we updating?

Health Code Chapter 2 is being updated to make the rules clearer and more consistent. The changes will also help match local rules with current state laws and common business practices. The last big update was in 2017.

This revision, the health department is combining the administrative procedures and Health Code Chapter 2 into one document. This will cut down on repeated information and make the rules easier to use.
