Looking for a warm and affordable Thanksgiving meal? Several restaurants and organizations offer free local Thanksgiving meals across Gallatin County on Thanksgiving.

The Food Bank Holiday Meal Box:

The Gallatin Valley Food Bank is offering a free holiday meal box for those that want to create a great Thanksgiving dinner at home, but need assistance with groceries. The The Gallatin Valley Food Bank box includes: a frozen turkey, stuffing mix, pumpkin pie ingredients, green beans, sweet potatoes/yams, fruit, bread mix, and cooking instructions with pick-up locations in Bozeman and Belgrade. To sign up for a Thanksgiving Food Box, stop by the Food Bank, or call 406.586.7600.

  • Sunday, November 24th, from 11 am to 4 pm at the City Complex (HRDC Bus Barn) 1812 N. Rouse.
  • Monday, November 25th, from 11 am to 4 pm at the City Complex (HRDC Bus Barn) 1812 N. Rouse.

Belgrade:

Please note the pickup location. It is not the Food Bank.

  • Sunday, November 24th, from 1pm to 4pm at Living Waters Methodist Church on Jackrabbit Lane.

 

Free Meals Around the City:

Salvation Army is serving a free Thanksgiving dinner at the Fork & Spoon, November 28, 2019 at 12-2 PM, 302 N. Seventh Ave. Bring friends and family to celebrate! Donations will be given to Salvation Army. Call 406.586.5813 for more information.

Miracle on 7th at Midtown Tavern is a free Thanksgiving meal open to all members of the community, Thursday, November 28th, 12pm-3pm at Midtown Tavern, 726 N.
