What do you do?

I review wastewater treatment system permits and perform inspections.

Why does your work matter? 

Wastewater can contaminate our drinking water if not disposed of correctly leading to many deadly diseases.

Why did you choose to work in this position? What were you doing before? 

I chose this field because I believe it is important.  I have 9 years of military experience and 3 years of security experience.

What do you think is the biggest environmental health challenge in Gallatin County?   

Dealing with the huge amount of growth that is occurring in the county.

What do you like most about your work? 

I like that every review is different. Each system that I inspect provides its own unique set of challenges.
