The Gallatin City-County Health Department has implemented a new way to help improve our contact tracing efforts. If you receive a positive COVID-19 test, either at a testing location or reported via a home test, you will receive a text message with a link to an online survey interview. These questions are the exact same as the interview done over the phone. This link will also provide isolation and quarantine guidance (see below).  If we do not receive a response back from you, you will receive another text, 24 hours later, with a reminder to complete the survey.

  • Text will come from 406-224-6446
  • Takes approximately 5 minutes to complete
  • Please complete a survey for each person who has tested positive for COVID-19 within your household
  • If you feel more comfortable calling our COVID-19 call center, please do so at 406-582-3163.
