Farmers Market Benefits – Now Available as eFMNP!

How to Get Started

Click here to fill out this form to request farmers market benefits. Please note, vouchers are limited, and they are available on first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to use ALL of your benefits!

  1. Talk to WIC Staff
    Ask if you qualify for eFMNP benefits.
  2. Download the Healthy Together App
    Once approved for eFMNP benefits, download the app to your phone.
  3. Click here to read the Participant Flier
    Follow the steps in the eFMNP Participant Flier to set up your app and start using your benefits.

PIN Reminder: Your 4-digit redemption PIN defaults to the birth year of the authorized WIC representative.

How to Use Your eFMNP Benefits:

  • When you are with a WIC Authorized Farmer, choose fresh fruit and vegetables.
  • Tell the farmer you are a WIC participant and have eFMNP benefits to use.
  • Open the Healthy Together app on your phone.
  • Show the farmer the QR code for your eFMNP benefits so they can scan the code.
  • Enter your pin number on the farmers electronic device to complete the purchase

WIC is a supplemental nutrition program that provides healthy food, breastfeeding support, and nutrition education to low-income families.

WIC Serves:

  • Women who are pregnant or have been pregnant in the last 12 months – including any pregnancy loss.
  • Infants and children up to 5 years old – this includes mom, dads, stepparents, grandparents, foster parents, or any guardian of a child under 5 years old.
